We also use 100% pure cotton fiber wicks for a clean, safe burn.

White tea, mandarin, sandalwood, amber woods (warm and cozy), vetiver, and musk (aka earthy and slightly sweet).

This will help reduce smoke, maximize burn time, and reduce mushrooming.

Orders are usually prepared within 2–4 business days after confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are excluded; business hours are counted during normal operating days, not continuously. Estimated transit after dispatch is 3–7 business days. Preparation and transit are separate periods. Carrier delays, remote locations and exceptional conditions can extend estimates; delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Our voluntary return window is 30 calendar days after delivery for eligible unused items. Contact us before sending a return. Product-specific exclusions must be disclosed before purchase; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
